The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to FOSHAN YUHONG TRADING CO LTD and OSTMORAD. By visiting our website and or purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers (natural persons acting for private purposes) and entrepreneurs. Where required by law, consumers enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of European Union consumer law, from which these Terms and Conditions cannot deviate.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the business relationship.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for justifiable reasons. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any content of our website without express written permission from us.

Section 3 – Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product information, prices, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. Should errors occur, we reserve the right to correct them. Already concluded contracts remain unaffected by such corrections. Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain fully unaffected in any case.

Section 4 – Changes to Service and Prices
Price changes apply exclusively to future orders. The price valid at the time of the order is binding for the respective purchase contract. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product range at any time.

Section 5 – Products and Descriptions
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Technical color variations due to different displays do not constitute a defect. The technical specifications stated in the product description are authoritative.

Vehicle Compatibility: The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of the product with their vehicle prior to purchase. Fitment issues resulting from customer side vehicle modifications do not constitute a defect and do not grant a right of return.

OSTMORAD reserves the right to limit the sales of products to any person or geographic region.

Section 6 – Conclusion of Contract
A binding purchase contract is only formed upon our express order confirmation via email. The placement of an order by the customer represents merely an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abusive use.

Section 7 – Payment, Taxes, and Shipping
Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely via PayPal. The purchase price is due immediately upon completing the order.

Tax and Duty Disclaimer: All prices displayed on our website are net prices and do not include any taxes, VAT, duties, or import fees. The buyer acts as the official importer of record and is solely responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non delivery or delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs: For returns based on customer preference, the customer bears the return shipping costs. In the event of quality defects or incorrect deliveries, OSTMORAD will cover the return shipping costs.

Section 8 – Statutory Warranty and Conformity of Goods
In accordance with EU Directive 2019 771 EU, consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery for defects that existed at the time of delivery.

In the event of a justified warranty claim, you are entitled to:

Subsequent performance through repair or replacement delivery

A price reduction or termination of the contract, provided that subsequent performance is impossible or unreasonable

These statutory rights are not limited by our Terms and Conditions.
