RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

As a consumer residing within the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent via email to our official customer support team:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal & Refund Process

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

Important Notice on Withholding: We reserve the statutory right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back at our designated fulfillment warehouse, or until you have supplied verifiable tracking evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return Shipping Conditions & Mandatory RMA Framework

To ensure safe tracking and successful refunds, all returns must strictly follow our global warehousing routing framework:

  • Mandatory RMA Authorization: Before shipping any items back, you must first contact us at info@ostmorad.com to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the correct designated return address. Returns dispatched without a valid RMA cannot be identified, processed, or refunded.

  • Designated Warehouse Routing:

    • For European Orders (Dispatched from Poland): Upon RMA approval, items must be returned directly to our European Fulfillment Center in Poland using the following exact address details:

    • For International Orders (Dispatched from Asia): Upon RMA approval, items must be returned to our designated Asian logistics hub. Please note: International orders dispatched from our Asian network cannot be accepted or processed at our Polish warehouse. Our support team will provide you with the correct international return address within our Asian hub upon formal RMA approval.

    • Please Note: Do NOT send any items back to our corporate registry address in the USA or the carrier address listed on the original shipping label. Any cross-border packages returned to an unassigned warehouse without a corresponding, zone-correct RMA will be automatically rejected.

  • Return Shipping Fees:

    • Voluntary Returns (No-Reason): If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the Customer shall bear the direct cost of regional or international return shipping.

    • Defective or Damaged Items (Quality Issues): If the product delivered is verifiably defective, broken, or suffers manufacturing flaws, OSTMORAD will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence before shipping.

  • Product Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be in brand-new, unused, uninstalled condition, free of mechanical marks, and returned in their original packaging with all original components and accessories included.

  • No Self-Collection or Physical Drop-off: For security and logistical reasons, our fulfillment network operates strictly as an automated mail-order system. Physical walk-in drop-offs or self-collections are strictly unavailable.
