Prices do not include VAT. DDP shipping included — no extra duties at delivery.

At OSTMORAD, we are continuously optimizing our global logistics network to provide our customers with the fastest and most reliable delivery experience.

1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We operate from multiple fulfillment centers to serve our worldwide community of motorcycle enthusiasts.

European Orders (Fulfilled from Poland Warehouse) Our European Fulfillment Center in Poland is now fully operational. Orders placed by customers within Europe will be fulfilled and dispatched directly from our Polish warehouse, drastically reducing transit times. Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from the date of shipment.

International Orders (Fulfilled from Asian Logistics Network) Orders from outside Europe, or items temporarily out of stock in our European center, will continue to be securely dispatched from our primary Asian logistics hub. Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and logistics processing.

Note on Partial Deliveries If your order contains items stocked in different fulfillment centers (e.g., one item in Poland and another in Asia), your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.

Shipping Inquiries: If you are unsure whether your delivery address qualifies for free shipping, please contact us at info@ostmorad.com with your product list and full address prior to placing your order.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Our logistics teams do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Notification: Once your package leaves our warehouse, an automated email containing your unique tracking number will be sent to you.

Delivery Delays: While we strive for punctuality, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather or peak holiday volumes. We will notify you promptly by email of any significant delays. For delays attributable to us, EU consumers retain their statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Net Pricing: All prices displayed on the OSTMORAD website are net prices and do not include VAT.

DDP Shipping – No Surprise Fees: All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees are prepaid by OSTMORAD. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Note: In rare cases, local postal services may apply a small administrative handling fee outside our control. If this occurs, please contact us at info@ostmorad.com for reimbursement.

5. Important Delivery Terms & Liability

Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete, valid street address and an active phone number at checkout. Packstations and PO Boxes are not suitable for oversized or heavy items (such as fuel tanks or body panel kits) — please provide a physical residential or commercial address. OSTMORAD is not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address data.

Transfer of Risk: For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to you only upon physical delivery to you or a designated third party, in accordance with Art. 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Packages Marked as Delivered: Once the carrier logs a package as "Delivered", the delivery is legally deemed complete. For stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we recommend filing an immediate report with local authorities and notifying our support team.

Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date at info@ostmorad.com. To expedite your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number and tracking number
  • Clear photos of the damage (product and external packaging)

We will immediately launch an official investigation and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Returns – European Customers

European customers may return goods to our Polish fulfillment center. Please contact us by email before sending any return — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may request a cancellation free of charge as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email info@ostmorad.com immediately.

For EU Consumers: Within the statutory 14-day withdrawal window, you are entitled to a full refund without deductions.

Voluntary Cancellations: For cancellations outside statutory withdrawal windows (e.g., B2B orders), a payment processing fee of up to 3% may be deducted if charged by our payment gateway and non-refundable.

After Shipping: Once a package has been handed to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled or intercepted. Please accept the delivery and refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a standard return.
